How often are your books updated?
Due to our proprietary printing system, we have the ability to update each of our titles as often as changes in the law necessitate it.
May we buy uncustomized copies of some of your titles?
Yes. We have both single-copy prices and bulk prices for uncustomized books. Call us at (800) 748-0399 or email us for information.
May we see sample copies of your book before we decide?
Yes. Call us at (800) 748-0399 or email us and we will gladly send you a specific sample if it is available.
Can we include color logos and color pictures on the covers of customized books?
Yes. Customization includes full color logos, photos or other graphics at no extra charge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and purchase orders from nonprofit organizations.
Are books returnable?
Books that are damaged upon delivery or defective are of course returnable for credit, but otherwise customized books are sold on a non-returnable basis.
How long does it take to receive customized books?
Books are shipped within 12 business days after your organization gives final approval of the cover design.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes. Simply call us at (800) 748-0399 to make arrangements for a rush order.
Can we change the customization text or images when we reorder?
Yes. There is a change fee of $150.
What if we know what we'd like but don't have the customization files available yet?
You can place your order now and we will get all the systems in place to go full speed ahead as soon as you deliver the customization files. If you need advice or technical assistance preparing the files, please let us know.
